Everything you need to know about Vistra and strata scheme management.
Most schemes are fully configured within 1-2 weeks. We handle the building map setup, data migration, and document upload. Your committee gets access as soon as the dashboard is ready.
Not at all. Vistra is designed for strata committee members, not IT professionals. The interface is intuitive, and we provide onboarding support to get your team comfortable.
Yes — you can explore our interactive demo at any time. It shows a fully configured scheme so you can see exactly what your committee's dashboard will look like. Book a demo for a personalised walkthrough.
The one-time setup fee covers your building map configuration, data layers, document upload, and onboarding. We build your scheme's dashboard from scratch so it accurately reflects your building's layout, lots, and common areas.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, the price difference is prorated. If you downgrade, the new price takes effect at your next billing cycle.
No. All plans are month-to-month (or annual if you choose the discounted annual billing). You can cancel at any time with no penalties.
All data is stored on Australian servers. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest) and regular backups. Your scheme's data is isolated and never shared with other customers.
Yes. You can export all your scheme's data — documents, records, financial data — at any time in standard formats (CSV, PDF). We believe your data belongs to you.
Only people you invite. Each scheme has its own access controls. Committee members, building managers, and strata managers can each have different permission levels.
Absolutely. Our Starter plan is designed specifically for self-managed committees. It includes everything you need to manage levies, defects, documents, and compliance without a professional strata manager.
Yes. Our Enterprise plan supports unlimited schemes with a portfolio dashboard, so management firms can oversee all their schemes from a single interface.
